Copenhagen-based sleepwear label Tekla has become the go-to label for all things beauty sleep, and is now taking its first steps into the world of streetwear together with Stussy.

Revealing the upcoming collaboration on Instagram, the two labels have worked on a capsule collection consisting of essentials like bedsheets, pajamas, and a beach poncho. The 100% organic-cotton percale bedding arrives in a muted "Cactus" green color, and the apparel takes on black, white, and grey hues throughout, combining Tekla's minimal aesthetic with Stussy's surfing origins. The streetwear label previously debuted a collection of homeware and is continuing to expand its offerings into more lifestyle products, something that has become a much bigger category since many of us began working from home.

"Stussy is a brand that we have always admired and wanted to work with. A label that grew during times that were shifting, is now framing the contemporary popular cultures that are taking place, shaped by youth movements and their community. Closely tied to the ocean, the brand's values are very much in line with what Tekla stands for as well," the label told Highsnobiety.

Throughout the past few years, Tekla has become known for its thoughtful products and its quality, each designed to complement any home as well as to embrace functional and straightforward living. Incorporating Scandinavian minimalism with architectural references, the brand has managed to set a new standard for sleepwear and bedding, and prioritizing comfort and aesthetics at the same time.

The Stussy x Tekla collaboration will be available to shop starting August 6, online as well as at select retailers including Dover Street Market, with prices ranging from $100 to $225.
