Unsane is a new movie by Logan Lucky and Magic Mike director Steven Soderbergh that follows the struggles of a stalking victim after she finds herself involuntarily committed to a mental institution.

Once checked in, the protagonist can’t leave and is constantly confronted by her worst fear. Played by The Crown’s Claire Foy, this mind-bending thriller toes the line between reality and insanity making it nearly impossible to tell what’s real and what’s not.

Unsane was entirely shot on an iPhone, an incredible detail in its own right, but also a touch that adds to the frantic, uncensored style of the movie.

Also starring Juno Temple, Jay Pharaoh, Joshua Leonard, and Aimee Mullins, Unsane is set to hit cinemas in March 2018.

Watch the trailer above and get ready for a gripping thriller that will have you on the edge of your seat the entire time.

Next, watch Ellen Page hunt down zombies in the terrifying first trailer for ‘The Cured’.
