Fresh from revealing three custom sneakers made with the help of 24Kilates, Fott and Overkill, Sneaker Freaker and Lacoste L!VE's latest collab sees a final two Missouri sneaker styles unveiled. Loosely representing sunrise and sunset (appropriate, given the global nature of the collaboration) and dropping November 21, the 'sunrise' Lacoste L!VE x Sneaker Freaker colorway is joined by an exclusive Sneaker Freaker 'sunset' release, limited to just 50 pairs.
The partnership's global release (seen in the video above) works the classic '80s court shoe with an upper of premium nubuck leather colored in cornflower blue towards the heel and a cooler gray on the toecap. Meanwhile, pink accents on the eyelets and in the sole unit's flank offset against a rich navy on the quarter, with a soft satin lining adding an extra element of comfort. This one is limited to 500 globally.
Meanwhile, the Sneaker Freaker exclusive – the 'sunset' – sees cornflower blue replaced with burnt yellow shades draping the final third of the sneaker, complimented with similar shades seen in the sole unit. Deep navy and cooler gray finish off the upper, while satin is repeated in the lining. Limited to 50 pairs and dropping in the magazine's native Australia.
Speaking about the global release, which represents the countries where Sneaker Freaker is now stocked, the magazine's founder, Simon Wood, added: "Each creative interpretation of the Missouri offers something delightful and unexpected."
The Lacoste L!VE x Sneaker Freaker ‘Sunrise’ Missouri numbers 500 pairs and is available directly from global top-tier retailers. Sneakers drop with Sneaker Freaker, Overkill, Fott and 24 Kilates on November 21, with the global release following on November 28, 2015.
