KFC’s latest experiential campaign, developed by Ogilvy & Mather Hong Kong, brings new meaning to the tagline, “Finger Lickin’ Good.”

In partnership with the food technologists at McCormick, the company responsible for creating KFC’s secret recipe, the agency concocted an edible nail polish based on two of the restaurant’s prized flavors: Original and Hot & Spicy.

Formulated from natural ingredients, the polishes harden like any other coat would, but can be “lick[ed] – again and again and again,” KFC explained. This activation is an attempt to boost brand recognition in Asia, but isn’t available for purchase just yet.

Customers can cast a vote for which flavor they’d like to see make it into production on the KFC Hong Kong Facebook page.
