Converse is the latest brand to bring grandma's crochet blankets to its sneakers. No, but literally.

Converse debuted a new crochet Chuck 70 sneaker, which is a little different from previous efforts in that the shoes are made from old knit blankets.

Since the shoes are derived from upcycled covers, each crochet Chuck 70 sneakers is unique, making the particular drop extra special and somewhat personal to the wearers.

Underneath the warm knit uppers, Converse' Chuck 70 offers up a premium build, complete with crisp canvas moments and a nice thick, polished sole. But who am I kidding? The crochet is what we came here for.

Converse's Chuck 70 sneaker is currently available on the brand's website for $200 (after all, it is a premium shoe crafted with repurposed materials). Additionally, the sneaker comes in classic high-top and low-top options, depending on your mood.

Grandma's crochet skills already came for our bucket hats. Now, they're coming for our sneakers. Vans has transformed its most classic skate shoes into cozy knit steppers, and although technically not sneakers, Dr. Martens Isham mules got a delicious crochet treatment previously. Now, Converse is getting in on the crochet madness with its classic sneakers.

You had me "hello?" No Jerry Maguire, more like you had me at crochet sneakers.
