Following his high-profile turn as Robert Shapiro in the well-received series, American Crime Story, John Travolta is once again looking towards true events as he steps into the shoes of notorious Gambino family boss, John Gotti.

From a story perspective, Gotti tracks the important three decades of his life as he transitioned from petty hood to orchestrating the hit on Paul Castellano which sent him on his upward trajectory to become the “Teflon Don.”

Directed by Kevin Connolly (E from Entourage), Gotti opens both in theaters and on demand on December 15.
