Kylie Jenner continues to make major real estate moves. The world's "youngest self-made billionaire" just bought a $36.5 million compound in Los Angeles' Holmby Hills. And like many other celebrities, she put security over style.

Per TMZ, the 19,250-square-foot residence is a single-story home that is being described as a "modern compound," as it even has its own guardhouse. The main residence sits on nearly one acre which boasts an outdoor pool, fire pit, projection screen, and basketball court, in addition to approximately 5,000 square feet of covered patio space.

Inside you will find a home theater, gym, game rooms, bars, a chef's kitchen with a marble island, and a dining room with paneled walls. In total, the Holmby Hills home has seven bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, and two guest apartments.

According to the LA Times, the property went up for sale last summer with an asking price of $55 million. TMZ then revealed that Jenner negotiated from a more recent $45 million listing down to $36.5 million, as Kylie has a relationship with the seller. She previously purchased land in Palm Springs from the same individual. The year prior, Jenner bought a mansion in the Beverly Hills Post Office area with Travis Scott.
