Lil Baby's concert in Birmingham, Alabama, ended in gunfire; At least one person was shot.

According to TMZ, the Atlanta rapper was performing at Bill Harris Arena on Saturday night when an altercation appeared to break out between multiple people backstage and moved to the side of the stage. The crowd erupted in chaos when shots were fired off the side of the stage. Videos of the event show the rapper and much of the audience running for safety.

Local outlet The Birmingham News reports, the incident occurred shortly after 10 P.M. At least one person was shot and taken to the UAB Hospital with life-threatening injuries. The victim's condition is currently unknown. Police ended the show prematurely and cleared the area but were unable to locate a suspect in the shooting.

The motive behind the shooting is still unclear. Lil Baby has yet to comment on the incident. Keep it here for updates.
