Two months after the tragic passing of Mac Miller, a toxicology report confirming the cause of his death has finally been revealed. Based on the report from the L.A. County Coroner's Office that was obtained by TMZ, the 26-year-old suffered from an accidental drug overdose by mixing fentanyl, cocaine, and alcohol in his system.

Last week, a benefit concert was held in Los Angeles to honor the late rapper and raise funds for the newly launched Mac Miller Circles Fund (MMCF). Friends such as John Mayer, Travis Scott, Vince Staples, Anderson .Paak, Earl Sweatshirt, and SZA provided touching performances at the event. In other news, Vince Staples will reportedly drop four albums in 2019. Get all the details right here.
