Disney actor Ross Lynch stars as infamous serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer in director Marc Meyers' upcoming picture, My Friend Dahmer. The film in turn focuses on the early years of Dahmer, before he became a notorious murderer, when he was a shy, alcoholic teen who could never quite fit in.

Based off of a graphic novel by Derf Backderf, we see how Jeffery's obsession with death was spawned, all while he began to ignore those around him, until it ultimately led to his first kill.

My Friend Dahmer, which currently has no commercial release date, initially premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in April and was welcomed with rave reviews. Lynch then stars alongside Anne Heche, Vincent Kartheiser and Alex Wolff in the forthcoming harrowing film.
