It seems Nike is bringing a tie-dye upper to its recent React Element 55 silhouette, at least judging by leaked product images shared on Twitter (see above).

The React Element 55 is the more commercial version of the popular React Element 87 model, differentiated by its non-translucent upper. But one advantage of an opaque look is that it allows Nike to print different patterns and colors on the upper, as seen on the leaked images above.

The tie-dye upper features a popping blend of hues, offset by white accents on the Swoosh, lace stays, and lining, as well as a black React midsole. Tie-dye has become a minor style sensation in recent times, with the likes of Grateful Dead-head John Mayer helping to push the look alongside brands such as Online Ceramics.

Stay tuned for release information about this rumored React Element 55 as it comes.
