Since they were first teased, May 25 has been scribbled in the diaries of sneakerheads as the day the new Nike SB Air Jordan 1s release. But don't worry if you took an L for whatever reason – both Los Angeles Lakers and Light Bone colorways can already be secured at StockX.

The two new kicks come in a monochromatic light bone and grey leather upper with black accents on the Swoosh, tongue, and ankle collar, and an LA Lakers-inspired court purple and gold color-scheme.

Crucially, like the 2014 Nike SB x Air Jordan 1 Lance Mountain in black and white before them, both of these releases will feature underlayers that become exposed with gradual wear and tear. The aforementioned version will reveal a bright orange and hyper pink base over time, while the other release – a Los Angles Lakers-inspired court purple and gold color-scheme – will wear away to a "Chicago"-esque colorway underneath.

As it stands, the latter is taking the bulk of the release hype, and comes with a not-so-unsurprising markup, while the bone pair can already be copped for not far off its retail price tag.

So, if you're looking to fill an AJ1 shaped hole in your sneaker closet, click through on the links below to get ahead of retail Ls to come.
