According to various reports, Migos’ Offset was arrested on Friday night after his vehicle was pulled over outside Atlanta. Offset faces two felony gun charges and a misdemeanor for marijuana possession.

Offset, born Kiari Cephus, was allegedly stopped  by the Atlanta Police Department for illegally tinted windows. The search of his SUV that followed reportedly recovered at least one gun — a felony because the rapper is a convicted felon on probation — and marijuana.

This was first reported by TMZ, who claimed Cephus was booked into Clayton County Jail and charged with two felonies, possession of a weapon during a crime and possession of a firearm by a felon, as well as two misdemeanors for improper lane change and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

This has since been confirmed by jail records. Make sure to stay tuned, as we will keep this developing story updated.

Offset and his wife, Cardi B, recently welcomed a baby girl, whom they called Kulture.
