Patrick Dempsey stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live on November 17, where he discussed the time he went platinum blonde and his new film Disenchanted, the anticipated sequel to the 2007 fantasy musical rom-com Enchanted.

During the visit to Kimmel's talk show, Dempsey sported a clean suit and sneaker combo matched with his winning smile, reminding us how he earned his Grey's Anatomy title "McDreamy."

Styled by Warren Alfie Baker, Dempsey sported a blue velvet Paul Smith suit paired with New Balance 574 Legacy sneakers in navy and white, resulting in visually-appealing color coordination and simply an overall tasteful look.

Dempsey also wore some playful splat print socks with his NBs. At the same time, he repped for his Tag Heuer partnership by sporting one of the brand's watches on his wrist.

Tag Heuer certainly knows how to pick its ambassadors, counting other on-screen heartthrobs like Euphoria's Jacob Elordi and Ryan Gosling as faces of the brand too.

Dempsey, who shockingly has yet to nab the title of "Sexiest Man Alive" despite his Grey's nickname, just might be fan of New Balance sneakers (aren't we all?). More specifically, the actor has eyes for its 574 models.

In a recent magazine spread, the actor-racer — yes, he's a retired world race car driver — looked cool as ever in those perfectly plain Junya Watanabe x New Balance 574 shoes.
