If you ever needed any indication that you're no longer a spring chicken, look no further than the fact that classic coming-of-age film, The Sandlot, recently celebrated its 25th anniversary.
To mark the milestone, the entire original cast - minus Benny "The Jet" Rodriguez - including Tom Guiry (who played Scotty Smalls), Chauncey Leopardi (Michael "Squints" Palledorous), Brandon Quintin Adams (Kenny DeNunez), Shane Obedzinski (Tommy "Repeat" Timmons), Victor DiMattia (Timmy Timmons), Marty York (Alan "Yeah-Yeah" McClennan), Grant Gelt (Bertram Grover Weeks), and Patrick Renna (Hamilton "Ham" Porter) got together to discuss that special time in all of their lives.
The group's TODAY Show interview from earlier today finds the crew reenacting memorable moments, explaining why it was the summer of their lives, discussing why Kevin Durant uses Renna's likeness as his Twitter avatar, and their favorite scenes.
According to press that Evans has done, he's also currently planning a pitch for how he could reboot the franchise, saying, "I hope it works out."
