The store boasts two floors and exhibits clean lines with minimalist qualities, as the interior design was conducted by Nobuo Araki/The Archetype. The ground floor will place an emphasis on pop-ups and special project presentations, while the basement “Store Space” will display the brand’s current offerings, and highlighted with striking neon yellow structures that exhibits a connection to both floors.
In celebration of the opening, Stüssy will release an exclusive Harajuku “Paisley” collection, encompassing archive pieces like a jacket, flannel shirt, boxer shorts, beach pant, crusher hat and a bandana, all of which are defined by its paisley-patterned textile makeup.
Additionally, the Harajuku Chapter will also feature other limited edition pieces such as varsity jackets, Harajuku Skate Posse tee, Harajuku Old Stock tee and a flower vase.
