Tommy Jeans continues to bring the heat this fall with a capsule collection of stylishly casual pieces paying tribute to Tommy’s historic Crest emblem. The Crest collection hits shelves on Thursday, November 15, and to celebrate, German retailer KICKZ will be throwing a launch event that day at its Berlin store on Torstrasse.

The free event will showcase Tommy Jeans' new capsule in full and give attendees the chance to purchase garments on the day it drops. DJ-cum-activist-cum-model DJ Wana Limar aka Wanye West will be behind the decks, drinks will flow, and a host of influential faces from Berlin's fashion scene will no doubt stop by to peruse the new collection.

Originally released in 1985, Tommy Hilfiger’s Crest, which depicts a lion with a sword encircled by laurels, is one of the American label’s most recognizable emblems after the iconic red-white-navy flag. Over the years it has adorned both Tommy Hilfiger and Tommy Jeans garments and has been subject to reworks, most recently by Kith for their collaborative drop earlier this year. Selected as the main source of inspiration for this capsule, the iconic insignia anchors the capsule in the brand’s past, while modern cuts and silhouettes ensure its firm footing in the present.

The collection highlight's included a navy and green plaid Harrington jacket, a denim trucker, as well as crest-heavy hoodies featuring the golden emblem center front, on the sleeves and back. All of these garments and more will be on display and available to cop at the KICKZ event.

The launch event will take place on November 15 at KICKZ's Berlin Store (Torstrasse, 86) from 7-9 p.m. Any readers in Berlin are invited to swing by for an evening of fashion and choons.
