Swedish watch and accessories experts TRIWA enlist the talents of local artist Erik Bjerkesjö on two new watches, simply titled No. 1 and No. 2. Limited to just 300 pieces each, the 38mm timepieces come adorned with iconic M.C. Escher triangles in gold and silver, respectively.

The former features hands and crown plated with a combination of black enamel and gold, alongside a black organic leather band, made by Swedish tannery Tärnsjö, with an Erïk Bjerkesjö synonymous punched hole. The latter, meanwhile, includes a second hand and crown plated with a combination of steel and bright red, while a tonal stainless steel mesh band completes the look. Both watches come equipped with Citizen Miyota 1L45 movement and are water resistant up to 5 ATM.

The entire collaboration falls under "Stockholm Sessions" umbrella and in addition to the wristwatches, includes a video and photoshoot highlighting up-and-coming artists based in the titular city. For more information, visit StockholmSessions.com.

Look for the watches now at select retailers for the reasonable price of $285. Afterwards, check out our interview with TRIWA's Creative Director, Ludvig Scheja.
