Brand: UNDEFEATED x Nike

Model: Air Max 90

Key Features: The UNDEFEATED x Nike Air Max 90s feature restructured paneling to streamline the upper pattern. Because of this, the Swoosh has been lengthened, while the familiar "Air Max" marker above the Air unit window has been removed. To further achieve a sleeker look, padding in the tongue and heel has been minimized as well. Lastly, the sneakers also incorporate tongue lacing and a heel pull tab reminiscent of the Vomero 5.

Release Date: March 14

Price: $150

Buy: UNDEFEATED stores and SNKRS

Editor’s Notes: UNDEFEATED is following last year's Nike release with yet another collaboration featuring the Air Max 90. Today we get our first official look at the upcoming colorways courtesy of the sportswear brand.

Nike reveals that UNDEFEATED's Spring 2020 Air Max 90s were designed with a retro futurist approach. The silhouette's familiar leather construction has been replaced with various materials to reference popular technical outdoor gear of the '90s. Nubuck leather and hairy suede, for example, are paired with translucent materials and technical mesh to give the Air Max 90 a more modern look.

The new UNDEFEATED Air Max 90 is offered in two colorways, an all-black iteration and a blue UNDEFEATED-exclusive celebrating past Nike ACG and Running footwear and apparel. The UNDEFEATED-exclusive colorway is led by pops of color signaling popular outdoor sneakers from early-to-mid-'90s New York City.

The black UNDEFEATED Air Max 90 releases at UNDEFEATED stores on March 14, followed by a second drop on SNKRS on March 19. The blue UNDEFEATED-exclusive colorway then arrives on Air Max Day, which is March 26.
