After premiering the first trailer of Isle of Dogs this past fall, renowned director Wes Anderson now provides a sneak peek of the film's first clip below, showcasing a standoff between two groups of dogs over a sack of food.

The Isle of Dogs essentially revolves around dogs in Japan that have been set to an exile colony, until a 12-year-old boy begins the search for his childhood pet. With the film's cast stacked with some of Hollywood's A-list actors, such as Yoko Ono, Bill Murray, Jeff Goldblum, Scarlett Johannson, Tilda Swinton, Bryan Cranston, Edward Norton, and more -- Isle of Dogs is set to release on Friday, March 23.
