It's still winter, but adidas and Kanye West are looking ahead to warmer days. The YEEZY 700 "Sun" arrived this week, dressed in a color palette totally befitting its name. One of the more affordable members of the 700 silhouette family so far, the "Sun" is yours to secure at StockX below.

Returning to the OG form of the 700 line, first introduced in 2017, this new release keeps the same turquoise and black panels in place on the upper. However, it swaps out the original's more subdued tones of grey and white for a loud orange midsole and a bright yellow mesh and leather upper. It's safe to say that this one will go well with summer. Once it finally arrives.

In terms of the technical stuff, adidas Boost cushioning remains in place. That combined with the snug sock liner and foam midsole make the 700 "Sun" a customarily comfy sneaker from camp YEEZY.

The YEEZY 700 was a hugely popular silhouette a few years back but dropped off a little due to its higher pricing. With Kanye living up to his promise of more affordable YEEZY sneakers via the "Sun", the 700 could soon return to its former glory. StockX market data shows that the YEEZY 700 "Sun" is currently selling for an average price of $375 on the platform. Its 52-week high price reached a much higher $783.
