When legendary Paris boutique colette suddenly closed its doors forever in December 2017 after 20 years in business, it was a shock to the retail community that was felt the world over. The shuttering prompted Jordan Brand to bestow the retailer with its very own Air Jordan 1 collaboration as a parting gift, released in extremely limited numbers.
