In following up on last year's The Visit, M. Night Shyamalan presents his latest psychological horror thriller, Split. Split tells the story of Kevin (James McAvoy), a man who has 23 different identities living inside his body.

This isn't your average split personality disorder, however. Kevin can even physically change his body chemistry with his thoughts, as a given identity aims at presenting itself.

Kevin's trusted psychiatrist, Dr. Fletcher (Betty Buckley), has evidenced all but one of Kevin's multiple identities, the last of which remains submerged until it is completely ready to materialize and dominate all the others.

Upon abducting three teenage girls, Kevin reaches a war for survival among all of those contained within him, as well as everyone around him, as the walls between his compartments shatter apart.

James McAvoy stars alongside Haley Lu Richardson and Brad William Henke in M. Night Shyamalan's Split, which is due in theaters on January 20, 2017.
