A new trailer for Blade Runner 2049 has been released — and it’s the most revealing yet.
The clip focuses on Ryan Gosling’s Officer K as he attempts to coax Harrison Ford‘s former android-hunting police officer Rick Deckard out of hiding. There’s also an appearance from former WWE superstar Dave Bautista, who, somewhat unsurprisingly, can be seen getting into a full-blooded scrap with Gosling. This, of course, is all set to a strange neon-lit world which has been dreamed up by esteemed cinematographer Roger Deakins.
For those in need of a refresher, the synopsis of Blade Runner 2049 is as follows:
Thirty years after the events of the first film, a new blade runner, LAPD Officer K (Ryan Gosling), unearths a long-buried secret that has the potential to plunge what’s left of society into chaos. K’s discovery leads him on a quest to find Rick Deckard (Harrison Ford), a former LAPD blade runner who has been missing for 30 years.
