After 18 months of waiting, Rick and Morty is finally returning to screens later this month. To get us even more hyped creators Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland have unveiled a new promo for the show.

The edgy clip shows Morty dropping a very important vial, causing the duo to go on a series of very trippy adventures to a Run the Jewels-provided soundtrack.

Watching the bizarre clip makes us understand a little more why creators took so long to make season three. If this is what they're using for a promotional clip, then we can't wait to see what the whole season has in store.

Watch the promo above and get excited for Rick and Morty's return July 30.

In other news, Disney announces the Aladdin cast with Will Smith as Genie.
