Location: Berlin, Germany

Season: N/A

Key Looks: Poppers and AF1s is essential nostalgic streetwear and executed with perfection in #9. The bold Versace tracksuit (from the label's diffusion line) kills it (#5) while the Balenciaga top is a vibe in #4. Vans x Karl Lagerfeld also previewed their much-hyped upcoming apparel and sneaker collection, which drops September 7 at Karl Lagerfeld and Vans stores, with selected pieces exclusively available at Zalando (see the collab's distinctive tote on slide #14). And we're always a fan of the more low-key flexing, with the designer Vetements tee or a classic biker jacket as seen in slide #16. Shop key drops and looks from this year's Bread & Butter by Zalando for guys and for girls.

Editor's Notes: Bread & Butter by Zalando returned for a second year, presenting an even stronger selection of collaborations and exclusive drops across September 1 to 3. Note the Nike AF1s in buttery yellow—an exclusive collab between Nike and Zalando for the 'Force is Female' campaign—in shot #1. Also known as The Festival of Style and Culture, the event acted as an interesting gathering point for Berlin’s fashion and creative industry, as well as the general, fashion-forward public. As if that wasn’t enough, there was banging street food and music performances from some of the biggest names in the game to close each night: M.I.A. on Friday, Yung Hurn and FKA twigs on Saturday, while Bilderbuch, RIN and Virgil Abloh shut down the final night Sunday. More street style inspo below and stick around for our full trend report this week.

Roving street style photographer Eva Al Desnudo shot her own take on Bread & Butter's street style. Select cuts, below.
