Matthew Williams' refined take on the legendary design marries minimalist touches with tactical suave. ALYX’s avant-garde design language is immediately evident in the form of the signature rollercoaster buckle and minimalist branding.

Williams teased the luxurious high-tops ahead of 1017 ALYX 9SM‘s FW20 runway show at Paris Fashion week last January. Of course, the designer is no stranger to working with Nike, as he’s created everything from co-branded apparel collections to Vapor Street Flyknits. However, this marks a new, less tech-focused lane of collaboration for the two partners.
