Hulu will be releasing an eight-part mini series this February, based on Stephen King's novel 11.22.63, about a present-day teacher who travels back in time in order to prevent the assassination of John F. Kennedy. Actor James Franco plays the lead role in the series and has the task to stop one of the darkest days in American history. The first trailer also hints at an alternative way of stopping the killing, possibly by assassinating Lee Harvey Oswald.
The series also stars Chris Cooper, Cherry Jones and Josh Duhamel. Stephen King and J.J. Abrams serve as executive producers on the series, which fittingly premieres on President's Day, February 15.
