Real estate firm Bizzi & Partners Development have recently unveiled the amenities at downtown Manhattan’s new 88-story, 912-foot-tall luxury condominium skyscraper, 125 Greenwich Street. Design details come courtesy of world-renowned architect Rafael Viñoly, designer of 432 Park Avenue, while the building’s interiors were then designed by March & White, as 125 Greenwich Street accounts for the firm’s first large-scale residential development in the U.S.

Inside 125 Greenwich you will find a 15,000-square-foot, residents-only, private club known as The 88, spread across the top three floors that are ultimately dedicated to lifestyle and wellness amenities, all while providing unobstructed views of the city’s skyline. Additional features include a spacious resident lounge, screening room, and private dining room with seating for up to ten people, as well as a fireplace and a catering kitchen.

The wellness amenities are highlighted by a 50-foot lap pool with poolside lounges, men’s and women’s locker rooms, a spa with a sauna, steam room, message therapy rooms, and a treatment room for professional hairstyling, manicure, and pedicure services. In addition, a relaxation lounge, fitness center, weight room, yoga studio with 24-hour access, and private training room are also at residents’ disposal.

Occupancy for Manhattan’s 125 Greenwich Street is slated for late 2019. To get a first look, see above.
