Converse x ADER Error

Brand: Converse x ADER ERROR

Release Date: Out Now

Buy: Highsnobiety Shop

Editors Notes: Chuck 70s always look better once they've been worn in compared to when they're box fresh. It's one of those few sneakers where scuffs, tears, and stains only make them look better. And if you don't believe me, ask ADER ERROR.

The South Korean brand's now on its second outing adding distressing to Converse's most famous footwear model.

As with the first collaboration between the two labels, this drop sees Chuck 70s given a layered design where the fabric beneath is exposed through shredded panels.

This can be seen on both the low-top and hi-top versions of the silhouette, with the former having white canvas overlays on the upper, which comes in ADER's signature blue hue, while the latter comes predominantly in white with distressed denim detailing and splotches of that same ADER blue hue.

This synthetic aging is all done in the name of ADER ERROR's motos "create next: the new is not new," and "but near missed things," which can be found across the shoes as well as their accompanying clothing.

Inspired by vintage styles, the casual selection of clothing and accessories also comes with its own fair share of distressing and blue branded detailing.

Releasing via the ADER ERROR on June 27, select retailers — including the Highsnobiety Shop — will drop the collection on August 1.
