November is a busy month for Kanye West, adidas, and YEEZY, as the longstanding partnership is rumored to be releasing several new sneakers and re-releasing several others over the next few weeks.

One of the most anticipated styles may be the truly divisive boot version of the KNT RNR released in September. The KNT RNR BT, as it's known, launched on November 13 through YEEZY SUPPLY.

The adidas YEEZY Knit Runner Boot “Sulfur” has been seen on Kanye West several times over the past year and debuted as part of the YEEZY Season 8 showcase in Paris in 2020. From a design standpoint, it’s basically the Knit Runner with a more aggressive, lugged outsole, and a high-top ankle strap (that admittedly kind of looks like a bandage you’d get from an orthopedic doctor).

Check out the shoe on Kanye himself above. It's not too dissimilar from the nutty NSLTD BT, honestly, and is arguably more wearable.

But these are pretty advanced winter shoes, no matter how you slice it. At least the KNT RNR BT is waterproof.

The KNT RNR BT, which sold out instantly online, is definitely for the YEEZY heads alone. On Highsnobiety's Instagram post, comments ranged from "I cant tell if this is parody" to "I’ll cop if I can, but doubt I’ll win raffle," a kind of begrudging acceptance that seems all too common among Ye's followers.
