Advisory Board Crystals has taken to Instagram to announce an upcoming garm drop created in partnership with the Whitney Museum of American Art and modeled by cultural icon and restauranteur Michael Chow, aka Mr. Chow.

The piece in question a long-sleeve crewneck inspired by the “Andy Warhol — From A to B and Back Again” exhibition at the Whitney. Chow was chosen to model, Abc. explains, because "in the ’80s, the Mr. Chow’s on 57th Street in New York was frequented by Andy Warhol."

Advisory Board Crystals added, "More so than any other restaurant in history, Mr. Chow’s has been inextricably linked to the contemporary art world since its inception. For example, Cy Twombly is responsible for the famous logo on all the plates and the original matchbooks feature a logo design by Ed Ruscha.

"A seemingly innumerable amount of legendary aspects cement the restaurant as an art world mecca and Michael, better known as M, as a cultural icon."
