Aimé Leon Dore always brings the good stuff. Having received co-signs (and cash) from LVMH and a former US President alike, 2022 is ALD's year to lose.

But, if Aimé Leon Dore's Spring/Summer 2022 collection is anything to go off of, it's gonna be another banner year for Teddy Santis & co.

Available now on Aimé Leon Dore's website and its New York flagship store, Spring/Summer 2022 is another exploration of the New York brand's signature codes, filtered through the all-too clean lens its adoring fans demand.

First off: no New Balances seen on-feet in the imagery (actually, no shoes at all) so Teddy Santis is clearly playing his cards close to his chest (how unusual).

A new pair of 991s may or may not be on the way, though, judging by a shot of Greek potter Andreas Makaris wearing a seemingly new iteration of that model with one of ALD's seasonal sweaters.

Speaking of, Aimé Leon Dore's layering game is, in a word, impressive. Tie-dyed knitwear, pink fleece quarter-zips, graphic short-sleeved shirts, buttoned cardigans, sports jerseys — you'll never need another mid-layer for the rest of your life.

Up top, there are more New Era Yankees caps, bucket hats, Yankees bucket hats, scarves, eyewear, the works.

Outerwear is also as sophisticated as ever, complementing new pairs of pleated trousers and graphic carpenter pants with faux patchwork blazers, trench coats, zippered fleeces, patterned harrington jackets, knotted button puffers, and edgy leather rider's jackets.

So much to capture in one collection that ALD is again opting to drop it in pieces, with more new goods scheduled to drop as the season wears on.

And those collaborative New Balances? On the way, if the seasonal "World's Borough" editorial is anything to go off of
