The second Avengers: Infinity War trailer dropped late last week as the hype for Marvel’s next movie reaches boiling point. Of course, as with any MCU trailer, super fans were quick to break down the trailer and find any hidden references or easter eggs the more casual viewer might have missed.

The video above, courtesy of YouTuber Mr. Sunday Movies, goes into great detail about what Avengers fans should be excited about come April 27.

For those that don’t want to watch all 15 minutes of the video, we’ve broken down our five favorite easter eggs into easily digestible chunks below.

As always, proceed with caution, as there may be spoilers ahead.

Bruce Banner gets a new suit... kind of

Viewers catch a glimpse of the infamous “Hulkbuster” suit which Tony Stark previously donned to restrain the Hulk. This time, though, it’s not Iron Man who is in the get-up, but Bruce Banner himself.

This makes sense when you consider that Banner was warned going Hulk one more time could spell the end of him in human form.

From what we see, it looks like Banner is using the suit to avoid turning into the Hulk, however, the fact he is overrun by a swarm of alien soldiers could be a hint that we’ll see The Incredible Hulk after all.

The Avengers are basically split into three teams

Because the cast from Guardians of the Galaxy joins in on the Avengers fun, there's pretty sizeable ensemble fighting to keep Thanos from taking over the MCU.

This is probably why the squad has been split into the following (unofficial) groups: Team Wakanda, Team Space, and Team Yellow Planet.

Team space looks like it consists of Gamora, Thor, Groot, and Rocket, while Team Wakanda consists of Captain America, Scarlet Witch, Black Widow (who is actually blonde), and Bird Man, among others. Team Yellow Planet sees Star-Lord and Drax the Destroyer meet Iron Man.

Thor gets a new toy

Thor’s latest accessory looks like it’ll be a new and improved weapon of some sorts. Thanks to leaks coming by way of movie merchandise, it’s become semi-public knowledge that the warrior's new bludgeon is an axe-like object which Groot had a hand in making.

The trailer shows Thor shooting lightning out of his closed fist. It’s still unclear whether that's a newfound power, or if Marvel edited out the new weapon to avoid spoilers.

Vision literally holds the key in his head

Vision’s Mind Stone, which is embedded in his forehead, is the only thing standing between Thanos and world domination. The Avengers whisk him off to Wakanda to protect him. which is where, what looks like, the final battle goes down.

It was previously believed that the final infinity stone was hidden in Wakanda, however, judging by the visuals of Thanos trying to pry Vison’s Mind Stone out of his skull, it looks like that was false.

Captain Steve Rogers is strong, really strong

Towards the end of the second trailer, Captain Steve Rogers seemingly subdues Thanos with his bare hands – this is two infinity stone-wearing Thanos by the way. We all knew that Captain America was strong, but evidently, we didn’t know the extent of his superhuman strength until now.

The trailer cuts out right as it looks like Cap’ has reached his breaking point, so it remains to be seen whether he can withstand Thanos’ brute strength or not.
