Just last week Epic Games added the heavy shotgun to its arsenal of Fortnite Battle Royale weaponry, following up on the previous remote explosives. Now we see that another long distance instrument is on the way in the form of guided missiles.

The coinciding teaser for the new Fortnite weapon showcases the missiles in action, as you can sit back and watch your target get destroyed. It remains to be seen, however, if you'll be able to ride the missile in similar fashion to that of a rocket when shot out of a launcher.

For now, this is all we have on the guided missiles for Fortnite Battle Royale, which could very well be added to the game as soon as tomorrow, March 29, as a part of the weekly update. Until then, take a look at how Fortnite fans are freaking out about the new weapon.

In related news, 'Fortnite' is coming to the iPhone X very soon.
