Writers Chris Matheson and Ed Solomon are looking to complete the Bill & Ted trilogy by creating Bill & Ted 3. Of course, this couldn't be possible without the characters themselves, as Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter are fully on board with the long-awaited followup.

Above, we in turn get to hear from Matheson and Solomon, as well as Reeves and Winter, as they discuss wanting to make the film and what to expect. Dubbed Bill & Ted Face the Music, the movie will center around Bill and Ted rediscovering themselves. Now, Bill and Ted are 50 and they have still yet to pen the song that will supposedly save the world.

Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventures is the debut film in the Bill & Ted series, which tells the story of two metalhead slackers who travel through time. Following the 1989 picture, Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey served as the sequel in 1991.
