Kendrick Lamar and Top Dawg Entertainment CEO Anthony “Top Dawg” Tiffith have been tasked with producing the official soundtrack for the anticipated Black Panther film, which Complex is now reporting will feature a previously unheard song from K Dot and The Weeknd.

A post shared by The Weeknd (@theweeknd) on

News of Kendrick and Tiffith’s involvement with Black Panther has already been confirmed, as we have also received two coinciding tracks from the picture’s album in “All the Stars” from Lamar and SZA, as well as “King’s Dead” featuring Kendrick, Jay Rock, and Future.

For now, we still don’t know when we’ll receive the Black Panther collab between Lamar and The Weeknd, but we expect the song to arrive prior to the soundtrack’s release next month. The film, however, lands in theaters February 16.
