After debuting its first trailer last month, Leatherface, the upcoming prequel to the 1974 classic The Texas Chain Saw Massacre gets its second official trailer.

Ahead of the release next month, the plot centers on a young nurse who is kidnapped by four violent teens that escpaed from a mental hospital and take her on a horrific road trip. Pursued by an equally deranged lawman out for revenge, one of these teens is destined for tragedy and horrors that will destroy his mind, molding him into the monster -- Leatherface.

Starring Stephen Dorff, Lili Taylor, Sam Strike, Vanessa Grasse, James Bloor, Jessica Madsen and more -- Leatherface hits DirecTV on Thursday, September 21, 2017 followed by a theatrical release on Friday, October 20, 2017.

After watching the clip above, the first trailer for Darren Aronofsky’s ‘Mother!’ will terrify you.
