Last week, Little Simz brought us back to reality with the track "Offence." Today, she shares another unapologetic anthem called "Boss" and it's so good that it deserved to make it's grand debut in a major way which is obviously why it was featured in the latest episode of Issa Rae's HBO show Insecure.

This single will quickly become one of your go-to self-empowerment jam as Simz goes off about investing in herself and not letting any type of distractions—men to be specific—knock her off this self-made journey toward success. No doubt that it's got the motivation we all need to get through the end of this month. Bump the song in full above.
