Some of our favorite Hollywood movies may have turned out very differently, if not for last minute casting decisions.

For example, John Travolta was considered to play the titular character in Forrest Gump, and Tom Selleck was almost picked over Harrison Ford for the Indiana Jones franchise. Similarly, Will Smith nearly played Neo in The Matrix, a role which eventually went to Keanu Reeves.

Speaking on the film, Smith revealed "In the pitch, I just didn’t see it. I watched Keanu’s performance – and very rarely do I say this – but I would have messed it up." Well now one YouTuber has imagined what the movie might have looked like with Smith playing the main protagonist. With some clever editing, the video above imagines the cult film far differently than we know it today.

Now catch up on everything coming to and leaving Netflix in April 2017.
