North West may be Kanye's daughter, but she ain't no YEEZY loyalist. Like mom Kim Kardashian, North West has traded out her beloved YEEZY Slides for some Nikes.

And not just any Nike sneakers at that: North is rocking a pair of Jordan 4s, which appear to be in the coveted "Military Black" colorway.

These shoes flip for nearly triple their retail price — even in the smaller kid-friendly sizes — so North (or Kim, most likely) had to pay up to secure her pint-sized Jordans.

North's vintage Tupac T-shirt likely was only somewhat more affordable, though it's not like the Kardashians are known for their frugality. Interesting timing on North's Tupac tee, too.

In any case, it's another typically effortless North West outfit, accented by a pair of socks from SKIMS' 2023 Valentine's Day drop.

North's summer uniform has been well-established since the days that her famously stylish parents dressed her: oversized graphic T-shirt — typically a musician, sometimes her father and often Tupac — funky pants, and statement shoes.

Summer 2023 is the summer of North and Nike, apparently, as North has been seen wearing multiple Nike sneakers, including Travis Scott Dunks and the "Military Black" Air Jordan 4, the latter of which has appeared in several of North's outfit photos. Is Ye aware??

Both North and her best pal, Penelope Disick, have already mastered the art of the oversized streetwear flex, which is pretty impressive given that the girls are presumably dressing themselves.

Penelope has long since out-dressed her dad with consistency and, given what Ye is wearing these days, North is getting there.

Anyways, interesting enough just to see Kim and North West ditching their YEEZYs. North West would previously only be seen wearing Jordans when playing basketball, so the move to daily Nikes is interesting but likely not permanent, given her proclivities for returning to the YEEZY Slides for the sake of comfort.

This is a boom era for famous kids stepping away from their parents' signature shoe brands: while North had traded her YEEZYs for Jordans, Blue Ivy was recently spotted wearing Converse "sneakers" entirely alien to both Beyoncé's adidas collection or JAY-Z's PUMA partnership.

Maybe it's just youthful rebellion.
