Editor’s Notes: Satisfy and Sonic Youth are one and the same, two outfits best known for bucking trend and delivering something previously lacking in their respective fields. Satisfy brings an authentic, carefree edge to the time-driven sport of running, while Sonic Youth largely revolutionized the sound of indie rock. Because of this, Satisfy's new Sonic Youth collection makes sense on so many levels.

As Satisfy is a dedicated running brand, the Brice Partouche-founded label presents an assortment of technical gear emblazoned with captivating iconography celebrating the New York City-based rock band. The collection features everything you need to get out the door and enjoy some miles this summer, including performance-driven tops and shorts, socks, a trail running cap, and a bandana, one of the brand's signature items. While the styles may not look like your standard running gear — that's partially the point — they are still crafted from technical fabrics that make them ideal for any session.

The lookbook above finds NYC rock musician and producer Walter Schreifels donning select pieces from the capsule as he glides throughout the city. Below, you can swipe through an additional gallery of product images which give you a better feel for Satisfy's Sonic Youth collection.

To complement the apparel range, Satisfy has partnered with vintage lifestyle concept Unified Goods for a curated selection of rare Sonic Youth artifacts available for purchase alongside the running capsule. Follow the link below to shop the goods today.
