After taking on a plethora of roles in recent years, and coming out of a few tumultuous personal conflicts, Shia LaBeouf has returned as a post-apocalyptic war veteran in the new trailer for upcoming film Man Down, directed by Dito Montiel.

LaBeouf stars as Gabriel Drummer, a U.S. Marine who returns to the States to find that his home has turned into a reminder of the war, and that his wife (Kate Mara) and son (Charlie Shotwell) are missing. Alongside his friend Devin (Jai Courtney), Drummer embarks on a perilous journey to find his family and discover the cause of America's downfall.

Man Down is set to release in theaters December 2, but if you can't wait until then, be sure to check out the new trailer and let us know your thoughts on the new Shia LaBeouf flick.
