Highsnobiety

The last we saw of the team at Pied Piper on HBO's Silicon Valley, Richard and co. were rethinking how to create a "new Internet" while Erlich seemingly vanished into a haze of opium smoke while in Tibet.

Needless to say, the continually rebooting tech startup is once again having to go back to the drawing board to compete with the speed, ego, and cutthroat business of life in the innovation sector - as evidenced by the first teaser trailer for the forthcoming fifth season.

While it has been confirmed that TJ Miller's "Erlich" will not be back this season, the trailer suggests that former punching bag, Jian-Yang, has taken over control of the incubator and plans to get some revenge on the guys at Pied Piper.

Season five of Silicon Valley premieres March 25 on HBO.
