East London’s left-field fashion hub (and one of the city’s few remaining multi-brand stores) Goodhood recently took the bold step of opening a new and expanded premises on Shoreditch’s Curtain Road, providing a larger location for their ever-expanding roster of brands. Hosting men’s and womenswear alongside an expanded lifestyle section (which previously sat opposite the original Goodhood location as The Life Store) and a new foray into cuisine courtesy of the in-house Commune café, the stores retains all of the quirks and charms that made Goodhood’s original Coronet Street location so special – check the embedded lettering in the street outside and the reinstated lightbox in the menswear section for extra details normally reserved for obscure Tokyo boutiques. The new location also features an expanded selection of gear from the store’s in-house Goods By Goodhood label.
Make sure to pay Goodhood a visit if you’re in the area, and if that’s not feasible then you’ll have to make do with checking out their latest “In Between Days” lookbook and an in-depth interview with the store’s co-founder Kyle Stewart instead.
