An official image of the Samsung Galaxy S8 has hit the web, hinting that a full unveiling is just around the corner. The image, which you can see above, was leaked by the well-known smartphone secret spoiler Evan Blass of VentureBeat.
His new image reveals a handset with very minimal front bezels that stays true to the one Samsung teased at Mobile World Congress last weekend. Samsung’s now-confirmed date for the launch, March 29, is also featured, giving us a good look at what’s presumably going to be the lock screen when the phone is released later this year.
Aside from the screen, the phone also appears to feature a front-facing camera and an iris scanner. There are no buttons anywhere on the front panel, indicating that Samsung has opted for completely onscreen navigation.
The Samsung Galaxy S8, the most anticipated non-iPhone of the year, will reportedly launch on April 21. Stay tuned for more information.
