Oldboy director Spike Lee has just put his Upper East Side townhouse on the market at a $32 million USD asking price. The classically styled abode houses five bedrooms and bathrooms, a library, an interior courtyard with fountain, three fireplaces, and cathedral ceilings in two rooms. Lee purchased the house in 1998 for $16 million USD, with the residence having doubled in value since then. The 8,292-square-foot property is spacious for New York standards, so it will be interesting to see where the Brooklyn-raised director settles next.
