With Wimbledon 2019 finally underway, adidas by Stella McCartney unveil a full tennis collection created entirely out of plastic waste. The 17 piece collection is set to be worn on court at Wimbledon by athletes Angelique Kerber, Caroline Wozniacki, Garbiñe Muguruza, Alexander Zverev, Dominic Thiem and Stefanos Tsitsipas.

Designed by the British fashion icon, McCartney reimagines the traditional Wimbledon all white get up with sleek silhouettes, standout camo prints, and distinctive color accents. The court dress and zip tee feature seamless knit design and lightweight materials with placed perforations and laser cut holes for maximum breathability. The men’s collection also features a tailored FreeLift construction for a supportive fit, enabling a dynamic range of motion on court.

Blending fashion-forward looks and high-tech performance, the collection is also sustainable. "Dope dye technology" has been implemented to provide less water waste during the production process. The collection has been made out of Parley ocean plastic to help improve oceanic waste.

The adidas by Stella McCartney Tennis collection is available online today at Stella McCartney, NET-A-PORTER, and MR PORTER. On June 26, the collection will also be sold on adidas.
