Just three weeks after unveiling an inspired collection for Dover Street Market, cult LA brand Brain Dead has made a big announcement. The brand is launching its very own record label, and has created a capsule collection with their new roster of musicians to match.
Brain Dead teamed up with Innovative Leisure on this project and asked DJ The Gaslamp Killer to make a mix of his favorite Khun Narin tracks. In the past, Brain Dead has also collaborated with underground artists like Biscuits, Gaul Plus and Pubesky who all created cassette tapes of original work based on prints of fictional movie posters designed by the brand. Accompanying this detailed release is a line of T-shirts, caps and pins, all geared toward showcasing this new branch of Brain Dead.
Brain Dead’s musical collab with Innovative Leisure and Gaslamp Killer will be avialable via their online store tomorrow, May 27, in a limited edition of 100 units.
