Brands: Craig Green x Nike

Model: React Element 87

Key Features: A deconstructed aesthetic with mixed material construction and Nike React Element 87 tooling.

Editor’s Notes: London designer Craig Green was the headline guest designer at Pitti Uomo 94, showcasing a stellar SS19 collection that played with uniforms and featured an upcoming variation of Nike’s new React Element 87 silhouette.

The concept sneakers were produced exclusively for the runway debut and boast a deconstructed aesthetic. As seen above and below, the sneaker has a colorful paneled construction composed of fabric and mesh, appearing almost as if it were just placed in a coordinated layout. In addition, red cotton strips converge across the laces and vamp, adding to an already distinctive look.

Sadly, these specific kicks won’t be available for purchase, but you can buy other iterations of the Nike React Element 87 here.
